I have a 5 yr. old and an 18 month old. I was looking for a fun water table they both could play with and enjoy while being outside. So far this is a hit and both are enjoying it. I was very pleased with the construction -sturdy and well made. The only bummer was little tykes forgot the screws needed for assembly in my box, but I called them and they were super helpful and are shipping out a set of new ones. You should receive 8 screws and they will be inside the little red cup. Look for them. A random side note - both my kids are super tall and I wondered if the toy would be too low for them. My 5 yr old who is over 48" tall, plays with it great.
I have three kids ages 6, 4 and 2. I bought this for the 2-year-old's birthday and all three love it equally and want to play with it constantly. For that alone, I would give it five stars, but unfortunately the table legs don't seem to withstand the weight of the water. The sides of the table buckle and the legs begin to slide outward on the grass. Very annoying and because of this I have to empty the table every night so it doesn't get permanently damaged - huge waste of water! Maybe it would work better on a level surface like the driveway, but I bought it for the back yard so they cotld play safely without needing me sitting outside with them. We have only used it three times so far so I'm a little scared that it's not going to last long. The three stars I did give it are because my kids love it so much - sure hope it doesn't break because they will be devastated.
