Just Adorable! March 1, 2012

I got this bed for my grandson who is 14 months now. This bed is not for his age yet because he moves a lot at night when sleeping, but he sure loves it!I found it very easy to put together and I did the stickers just fine after two glasses of wine. If you toddler is too young and does not know he will fall from the bed, I recommend waiting a little longer.

I ordered this item on Wednesday and received it on Thursday with my Prime, when it wasn't supposed to arrive until the next week. Fairly easy assembly, though there are little notches to connect the pieces together and the one notch wasn't quite small enough so it had to be cut down. Other than that I had no problems with the assembly. After I put the whole thing together with the mattress in my son loved climbing into it and laying down. After one night of sleeping in it, the mattress did sink down in a little bit on the one side, but not enough to injure him. Getting a piece of plywood cut to the dimensions mentioned above to fix that problem.Overall, I highly recommend this bed to any parent of a little boy who loves the Cars movies, as long as they don't mind buying the extra piece of plywood for the support. :)

its a little cheap feeling January 2, 2012

the mattress is smaller than the bed but only after my son moves on it a little... So it appears to fit just fine and then I hear a loud bang followed by him crying because his mattress fell down on one side and he hit his head. I have put extra pillows on the floor to support the mattress and it works but I would deffinately look at other options before I bought this one again.
